Employer Training Sessions 

  • Session 1 covered the current STEM apprenticeship landscape, an introduction to career decision making theory, ideas to attract, retain and promote apprenticeships, and finished by working through case studies to apply ideas.

  • Session 2 was an introduction to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) with a focus on inclusive language.
