Who is eligible to apply?
Care workers working within West Dunbartonshire or Inverclyde who are looking to upskill as part of their Continuing Professional Learning.
What will I learn?
Developed to address local challenges in the development of skills required for care workers to stay in the sector and progress. We understand how important your Continuing Professional Learning is, which is why we are offering free CPL courses.
The SSSC Codes of Practice for Social Service Workers requires all registered workers to undertake relevant learning to maintain and improve their knowledge and skills and keep a record of their CPL.
Each online course is approximately 3 hours of study time, but you can complete them as quickly or slowly as you like. You will learn through a mix of bite-sized videos, long- and short-reading, audio, and practical activities.

Course Information
Each course is delivered through online learning with tutor support enabling Care workers to learn on/off job.
