Monika Kedziora studied her HND Beauty therapy at our Paisley campus and she said that Beauty is her passion; “I have been working in beauty salons for years. I love what I do!”
Being a single mum, Monika has found the balance of home and college life challenging at times but she said she has never regretted her decision to return to education.
“It has helped me to feel more confident about doing treatments especially massages. My lecturer Sharon was the best!”.
Speaking of her college experience Monika said that she found the practical elements of course most enjoyable as she had the opportunity to try out new treatments on each other and then on clients.
Giving advice to others considering a Beauty course at college she said,
“If you love beauty and it’s something that makes you happy, go for it! Remember love what you do, do what you love!”
With a passion for skincare, Monika would love to learn more all things facial including more advanced treatments and aesthetic options which is something she feels fits very well with her current skillset.
