Course Overview:

It is perhaps of growing importance that we really look at our management of activities and leadership skills as we guide and encourage work based, remote and hybrid teams. As hybrid working becomes increasingly more common the leadership role can be more demanding as more activity is carried out remotely and the traditional shape of operations leads to boundaries becoming more vague.

 
The course encourages delegates to look at identifying and agreeing objectives and stretch goals and the need to plan to assess performance and give feedback as part of the objective setting process.  This is designed to encourage delegates to become confident in handling poor performance and in influencing positive results.  Ultimately we will investigate how it could be possible to create a culture where cooperation, quality and enthusiasm in order to achieve the higher levels of performance required.
