As well as teaching our talented students for over 20 years at the College, Makeup Artistry Lecturer, Isobel Donald also has an exciting and extensive career in industry. Isobel started at James Watt College in August 2000 and she has been passing on her wealth of skills and experience onto our Makeup Artistry students ever since. She left the College in the summer of 2022 to focus on her opportunities in film and tv.
She was recognised for her dedication to her students in 2021 being shortlisted for Learning Colleague of the Year at the 2021 College Development Network Awards where she received a Highly Commended.
Throughout her time as the College she always kept close connection with industry and was passionate about getting our students first hand work experience on film and tv sets and theatre productions from Outlander to the Edinburgh Fringe.
