Introduction to Barbering Step 2

What will I learn?

Build on your barbering skills in our sector leading salons! This evening programme will let you learn around your current commitments, equipping you with the skills and knowledge required to develop your practical barbering skills using live models.  

 The course offers a range of exciting units covering key skills for industry including: 

• Clipper work 
• Scissor over-comb 
• Texturizing techniques 
• Graduation 
• Blending 

What qualifications do I need?

Existing hairdressing or gents barbering students or Industry Skilled/experienced individuals who wish to enhance their current skills to become competent carrying out Gents haircutting on live models. 

Students must supply their own models. 

What can I do after?

On completion of the course students may apply for a full time hairdressing course or short full time Barbering Course at WCS.  

Working as an assistant within a Barbers/Gents Salon
