What will I learn?
This course involves training in airport services and ground handling, including ticketing, seating methods, check-in and boarding requirements
Subjects include: Passports and Visas, Tickets, Hand/Hold baggage, Seating Methods, Check-in Procedures, Boarding and Announcements, Arrivals, Flight Disruption and assisting passengers who may have special requirements.
Please note that students have to be aged 18 by course completion date
What qualifications do I need?
No formal entry requirements, however candidates must be over 18 years of age.
What can I do after?
After completion students may wish to apply for the NC Travel and Tourism course.
To be eligible for interview candidates must have lived in Scotland for at least 5 years and be able to provide a full reference history.
