Course Overview

Course Aims

This course covers the Water Byelaws (Scotland). It meets the requirement of WRAS (The Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) of which the majority of UK water companies are members. It is for anyone requiring an understanding of water regulations / water byelaws, in particular those wishing to become approved plumbers / contractors.

Benefits of Attending

On successful completion of the course you will be able to apply to be an ‘approved contractor’ for water regulation purposes. This means you can self-certify your plumbing work and work for housing associations and various other bodies.

Candidates will need to provide evidence of their knowledge of the plumbing and water industry
