Professional Cookery Student Secures Chef Job at CalMac Ferries
Twenty-nine-year-old Nathan McGonigal from Greenock has always had a passion for cooking and working as a Kitchen Porter at a local care home gave him a taste for the industry. Striving for more and with some encouragement from a friend he decided to follow his dream and apply to study Professional Cookery at West College Scotland. Going from strength to strength, Nathan has now secured his first Chef role at CalMac Ferries.
