Design CoLAB is a collaboration partnership West College Scotland and Colin Taylor Neat Living and Mhairi Claire Wilkies HLM Architects. Together West College Scotland, Colin Taylor and Mhairi Claire have co-created a unique collaboration to foster outcomes between education and enterprise.

West College Scotland would like to congratulate our recent cohort of students from intu Braehead who recently completed their Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualifications. Amongst the group was 33-year-old Stephen Stronach who was the only Scottish finalist selected by the CMI Student of the Year event for 2020.

West College Scotland, in partnership with Renfrewshire Council, has secured significant funding to start an exciting new project that will unlock the benefits of Manufacturing 4.0 technology for SMEs across the west of Scotland.

Given the current COVID-19 situation, our staff are working remotely to prepare students for their upcoming studies with us to ensure that course delivery meets social distancing requirements.  Part of our work is also to make adaptations to our buildings to protect students and staff.
