Ronald Leitch is a Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at West College Scotland, contributing to the strategic leadership, governance, and long‑term development of one of Scotland’s largest educational institutions. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of AGS Airports Ltd, where he is responsible for operational performance, safety, service delivery, and the Group’s 5 year, £350 million capital investment and transformation programme.

Ronald joined BAA at Glasgow Airport in October 2020 as a Management Trainee, in partnership with Reid Kerr College and progressed through several operational and leadership roles before being appointed COO in April 2024. He has developed a strong reputation in the aviation sector for leading high‑performance operations, strengthening organisational resilience, and delivering large scale transformation.

In addition to his executive role, Ronald is also currently serving as President of Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce, where he supports business growth, enterprise, and the development of regional economic opportunity
