Dr Jillian Couto Phoenix is a scientist, innovation practitioner, and founder of Couto Phoenix Consulting. Drawing on experience across research, innovation, funding, and stakeholder engagement, she helps researchers and innovators navigate the journey from R&D to real-world impact. Her work combines principles of Responsible Innovation with practical innovation experience to support more robust, responsible, and impactful innovation.
