This course is designed for professionals who are already familiar with the basics of AI and ChatGPT and want to deepen their skills. It explores advanced prompting strategies, integration with other tools, automation of workflows, and how to scale AI use responsibly across teams. Participants will gain hands-on experience solving real workplace challenges with AI and learn how to critically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and bias.

Completion of Introduction to AI & ChatGPT for the Workplace or equivalent hands-on experience with ChatGPT
