You will be producing, recording, editing, and creating sound at our new studio facility and lab. You will have numerous opportunities to record artists and you will also gain experience at our live Music events in venues such as St Luke’s in Glasgow and the Beacon Arts Centre. We also provide location recording experience in venues such as Paisley Abbey. Currently we are progressing to be the only recognised Steinberg campus.

You'll learn about:

  • Multi-tracking, recording and mixing
  • Digital audio workstations
  • Sound for live events
  • Skills for business

Although you will learn all the major skills required for a career in the industry, you will have the opportunity to drive and determine your own learning through project work.
