The programme concentrates on principles, practices and legislation of periodic inspection and testing.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must be a qualified electrician and have all of the following:
- Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671 certificate (amendment 2 recommended)
- Level 3 electrotechnical qualification such as SVQ Electrical Installation
- Sufficient electrical industry experience
Exam
The exam is in 3 parts
- An online 40 question multiple choice test.
- A written exam.
- A practical assessment

This course requires a minimum of 12 participants to run. If this number isn’t reached then you will be contacted to offer you the next available date
