Course overview

What will I learn?

You will learn about:

  • Communicating in care relationships
  • Assisted technology in care practice
  • Safeguarding in care
  • Human development and social influences in care
  • Safe Practice and Well-being

This course will be delivered on line and so applicants need to have access to Wi-Fi and a laptop.

What qualifications do I need?

You are expected to have a minimum of 4 Nat 5 qualifications and it is preferred that one of these is English at C or above.

For those returning to study then alternative qualifications and experience in care will be considered.

What can I do after?

Successful students can apply for NC Higher Health Care or NC Higher Social Care
