This course covers everything employees and employers need to know about employment rights and responsibilities. There is information on the Employment Rights Act and advice and guidance on what to do if this is not adhered to.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however, as it is delivered online it would be beneficial if the candidate had basic competence in IT and the internet.
