NQ Administration and IT (Digital and Leadership Skills)

What will I learn?

This is the introductory course for those wishing to pursue a career in Administration. You will learn the full suite of Microsoft products in addition to learning about the fast paced changes affecting the industry which will include a study of AI and other digital media such as social media and messaging tools used by business. In addition general business topics will be covered such as leadership, marketing and law to give you a thorough understanding of the business environment.

What qualifications do I need?

No formal entrance qualifications required although national 4 qualifications in a related topic or National 5 (again in a related topic) would give you a good start to the course.

What can I do after?

Further study options include HNC Administration, Level 6 DABS (Digital Administration and Business), HNC Business, or HNC Accountancy would also be considered depending on progress.
