CMI Award In Management and Leadership at SCQF Level 8 - Online Part-Time Evening

What will I learn?

The CMI SCQF Level 8 Award in Management and Leadership is designed for experienced managers and aspiring senior leaders who want to strengthen their management and leadership skills and enhance their professional practice.

 As this is an Award, you will complete one focused unit, allowing you to gain a recognised professional qualification while balancing work and personal commitments. Learning is practical and work-based, enabling you to apply new skills and knowledge directly within your own organisation.

Successful completion of the qualification will enhance your leadership capability and provide a strong foundation for further study, including progression to the CMI SCQF Level 8 Certificate or Diploma in Management and Leadership. It also contributes towards professional recognition with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). 

What qualifications do I need?

There are no formal entry requirements. The CMI specifies that these qualifications can be offered to Learners from age 19.  Delegates admitted to the programme must  have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment.
