After graduating with his Masters, Robert was promoted to the Girls Director of Coaching, taking responsibility for building a curriculum for the clubs girls’ programme. This involved a wide range of activities from hiring the coaches and staff and managing a strict budget. The girls programme continued to grow, with many of the teams winning state divisions and travelling to regional and national events.
This success allowed the club to continue to grow substantially, now working with over 2700+ players at the club and employing 144 staff members. In 2023, Georgia Impact added a semi-pro women's team to be the top of their development pathway with plans for the team to be fully professional by 2026 when they will join the WPSL Pro league. Robert has recently been named the Head Coach of the team.
