This special event aims to re-engage employers and aspiring apprentices across Renfrewshire, offering them the opportunity to learn more about plumbing apprenticeship pathways and meet with industry professionals. The evening will be held in partnership with Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation, SNIPEF, and will also welcome key stakeholders including Renfrewshire Council and HPD Plumbing Supplies.

Nicola Murray, Head of Sector for Construction and Building Services, expressed her enthusiasm about the return of plumbing training to the Paisley campus,

“It’s great to see the SVQ Plumbing back at Paisley after such a long absence. This is a vital trade that offers great career prospects, and we’re committed to working closely with local employers and partners like SNIPEF to create strong apprenticeship opportunities.”

In addition to informative talks and networking opportunities, attendees will have the chance to win exciting raffle prizes on the night. Keep an eye on the College social media pages for more.

The event is open to employers, school leavers, career changers, and anyone interested in pursuing a plumbing apprenticeship. No booking is required—just come along on the night and take your first step into a rewarding career.
