Two talented Painting and Decorating students from West College Scotland have been celebrating after being awarded Apprentice of the Year.

Sixteen years ago, Ryan Graham from Greenock was employed full-time as a council gardener. Ten years on, after making the decision to swap full-time employment to study at West College Scotland, Ryan is now enjoying a successful career as a Camera Operator, working on television sets such as River City.

Talented Hairdressing and Make-up Artistry students from West College Scotland arrived home victorious from the Association of Hairdressing and Therapists Awards (AHT) after topping the leader board.
