Joe Rafferty
Director of Organisational Development and HR

Joe has worked in the public sector since 1989. He joined West College Scotland in 2016, after working for a decade as the Organisational Development Manager for the Scottish Children's Reporter Administration.

An advocate of change he's always thinking about the big picture and creating positive impact. Dedicated to supporting others to excel in the workplace Joe is committed to lifelong learning for all, developing himself and pursuing the latest thinking on topics from mediation, coaching, and change, to creativity and innovation.
