Overview

This 1-day course provides an introduction to the absolute fundamentals of IT. It assumes little or no previous knowledge or experience of operating IT equipment. It is designed to provide workers with no previous exposure to IT the confidence to interact with employee self-management systems and enter data into systems.

• What is a web browser? What's a computer virus?
• How can I browse the internet safely? How do I search the internet?
• Filling out forms in a web browser

• How can I search and retrieve a document or record?
