College seeking new chair
West College Scotland is launching the search for a new Chair to succeed Keith McKellar, who is standing down next February after completing six in years in the job. Keith took up the position shortly after the College was created in 2013 through the merger of Clydebank College, James Watt College’s Greenock campuses and Paisley’s Reid Kerr College. The Scottish Government has now started the process of finding a new Chair and applications will remain open until mid-December 2019.
