Course Aims
This 1 day CPD course focuses on Amendment 4 (due to be released April 2026) of the IET’s 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, to ensure candidates have a sound working knowledge of the Wiring Regulations and most recent updates.
Benefits of Attending
Learners will be guided through BS 7671:2018+A4:2026 and given examples of how this will be used in industry and on site. Learners will also be familiarised with the changes made since the release of the 18th edition A2:2018 and from previous versions.
If you design, install, maintain, or inspect electrical systems—or work in trades like HVAC or renewables—BS 7671 applies to you!
If you hold an 18th Edition qualification, taking the Amendment 4 course will ensure:

As part of this course, the Regulations manual will be yours to take away! All learners will receive their own physical copy of the IET Wiring Regulations, 18th Edition Amendment 4 (BS 7671:2018+A4:2026). You will also take away with you unlimited access to digital versions through the VitalSource – Bookshelf app.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements.
However, a working knowledge of BS 7671 is recommended to gain the most benefit from the course.
Exam
No formal exam, candidates will receive a CPD certificate on completion
Minimum Numbers to Run
This course requires a minimum of 12 participants to run. If this number isn’t reached then you will be contacted to offer you the next available date
