Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at people who are unemployed, though open to all.

What will I learn?
You will be given an introduction to professional cookery. You will study a range of units that will give you the necessary skills to go out into the industry and work in a professional environment.

What qualifications will I need?
No qualifications are required

What can I do after?
You can articulate onto our full-time programme (Level 5 Professional Cookery). You will also be given links to the Hospitality industry which will allow you to apply for a job working as a commis chef.
