Who is this course for?
Aimed at people who are unemployed, though open to all.

What will I learn?
You will be given an introduction to food service and barista skills. You will study a range of units that will give you the necessary skills to go out into the industry and work in a professional environment. You will be trained on Maitre D, EPOS and how to handle cash.

What qualifications will I need?
No qualifications are required

What can I do after?
You can articulate onto our full-time programme (Level 5 Professional Cookery). You will also be given links to the Hospitality Industry which will allow you to apply for a job in a restaurant, bar, café or hotel (front of house).
