What will I learn?

We all know the terms global warming, carbon footprint, green energy but what do these actually mean and how can you make a difference?  This course will help you to develop your knowledge of environmental sustainability.

Since 1990 the world has lost 178 million hectares of forest.  An estimated 45% of carbon is stored in trees and soil, this loss has a serious effect on the Earth’s atmosphere.

Following the Cop26 (UN Climate Change Conference), it has been highlighted how crucial the current and future years are to ensure that environmental change happens.  It is more important than ever that everyone has a greater understanding of how they can take sustainable steps to protect our planet
