What will I learn?
This short online auto-marked course that explores the unfortunately growing trend of spiking in the UK. The number of reported spiking incidents have seen a dramatic increase. There is also a worrying new trend of needle spiking which brings new challenges and risks.
This course is aimed at anyone who wants to expand their knowledge on spiking. Learn what spiking is, the types of drugs used and how to reduce the risks of being spiked. It provides insights on how to identify risks of spiking in various settings and the impact it can have on communities.
Learn about what spiked drink symptoms are, how to spot someone who may have been spiked and what to do next.

This is an auto-marked course, you will receive a college certificate online when you have successfully completed which you can print and/or save for your records.
What qualifications do I need?
There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however, as it is delivered online it would be beneficial if the candidate had basic competence in IT and the internet.
This course does not require a personal statement.
