What will I learn?

During the airport ground operations part of the course you will learn about the work involved in becoming check-in staff.

What qualifications do I need?

You'll need three Standard Grades at level 3 or above, consideration will be given for passes in some National 4 subject areas e.g. Maths, Science etc.

For a place on the course you'll need to attend an interview.

What can I do after?

After successfully completing this course you'll have the skills needed to get an entry level role in the travel industry, working in airport ground operations, airlines, travel agents or with tour operators. There are opportunities in the UK and abroad. Or you could develop your skills further by studying another course, such as:
