What will I learn?
Do you work in a customer service role? Do you want to progress within your role or find employment in a role which requires customer service skills? If so, this course is the perfect fit for you! This qualification is relevant to all business sectors where customer-facing roles exist, and gives you a foundation of knowledge which you can build on in your future career.
This course will develop and sharpen your practical skills, enabling you to deliver effective, high quality customer service within a range of environments. You will be introduced to the key concepts and practices underpinning customer service delivery, from conflict resolution techniques to how customer service impacts upon an organisation. You will also gain an understanding of business markets, financial management, marketing and the legal requirements of businesses.

This is a marked course which requires short essay style answers to allow your assigned marker to be able to identify that you have understood the skills and knowledge to meet the awarding body standards. The awarding body for this course is NCFE.
This is a fully online course and access to the materials and Assessments will be emailed to you.
What qualifications do I need?
Level 2 certificate in a related discipline OR significant related work experience. Before you are accepted for the course proof of your level 2 certificate is required, this will be requested as part of our payment process.
For this award students need to have some experience of working in an organisation, or the ability to do some research to use in assessment questions.
As this course is delivered online it would be beneficial if the candidate had basic competence in IT and the internet.
This course does not require a personal statement.
What can I do after?This course provides progression to further NCFE programmes. It is also a good starting point for those individuals who are interested in entering a career in the healthcare sector.
You can enrol onto and start this course at any time throughout the year.
Duration: From your start date on the course you have 16-20 weeks to complete your course. You could complete in 10 weeks or use the full 20 weeks- it's up to you. Please be aware that you could be withdrawn from your course if submission dates are vastly overdue. If at any point you are struggling with deadlines you should contact us for an extension which we will assign where possible.

On successful completion and confirmation from the awarding body you will receive your qualification e-certificate online which you can print and/or save for your records. Please note a fee may be required if a hard copy certificate is requested.
