What will I learn?

This Award in Management and Leadership lets you strengthen and develop your knowledge of middle management by focusing on specific management areas that are applicable to your job.

Areas Covered:

• The importance of continual development in achieving organisational objectives.
• A full and detailed analysis of your business environment to enable you to assess your future role requirements.
• You will be encouraged to prepare a proposal for continuance improvement within your work area that will enable you to develop the skills you have identified.

What qualification do I need?

There are no formal entry requirements, although core skills in Communication and IT are highly desirable.

What can I do after?

Completion of this course enables you to become an impactful manager.

You may wish to progress to a CMI Certificate or Diploma in Management and Leadership or other similar courses.
