Having recently completed her Level 5 Professional Cookery at the Colleges Greenock campus, Eilidh will be joining one of Scotland’s top chefs, Paul Tamburrini and Michelin-starred chef Martine Wishart when she starts her new role in August.

Speaking to Eilidh about her journey she said, “I’ve always had a passion for cooking and knew from a young age that it was the career I wanted to pursue.

I’ve learnt so much from my two years at the College. My lecturer David has been amazing and so supportive.

He never failed to show me how far I’ve come and always highlighted what I bright future I have within the industry.”

Taking up her role as Commis Chef later next month, Eilidh commented, “I can’t wait to get started. I’m looking forward to gaining new skills, working alongside, and learning from some of Scotland’s top Chefs.

I’m very grateful to the staff the college for all their wonderful help over the past two years and helping me get to where I am today.”
