First Line Management - CMI Award, Certificate and Diploma

The Level 3 Award in First Line Management provides an introduction to the skills, roles and responsibilities of management. It is supported through registration to CMI which gives access to the learning hub  ‘ManagementDirect’ and college materials.

A more extensive qualification, the Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management gives you a broader knowledge of effective management skills while focusing on the specific management areas appropriate to you and your workplace.

With a more comprehensive structure, our Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management gives you all the key skills and competencies you'll need to become an effective first line manager.

Programme Information

It is delivered to suit the client group:

• Virtual - using a blended approach of class workshops and online support and it is assessed via six short written assessments and is highly relevant to the delegates place of work. There is opportunity to progress to CMI Certificate and to the full Diploma with a more comprehensive structure and content.
• Face to face – 10 weeks (depending on unit choice) half day workshops, assessed in line with the unit assessment requirements.
• Blended – hybrid option with face to face workshops and virtual sessions supported by a lecturer.   More flexible for learner. (e.g. one workshop a month + virtual group meetings)ng is also available - just ask!
