The PX2 Programme

Open to 14-19 years old, the PX2 programme is designed to engage young people. It incorporates short video bursts, group activity discussion and personal reflection.

The gist of the programme is to build positive attitudes, habits and expectations, develop effective thinking skills and aspirations, equip the participant with the knowledge to change their thinking and generate motivation, efficacy and optimism.

The PX2 Programme is credited at SCQF level 5.

The Steps Programme

The Steps Programme is designed for more mature individuals.

It allows participants to develop their confidence, self-esteem and self-efficacy using tried and trusted techniques.

The Step Programme is a Professional Development Award (PDA) credited at SCQF level 8. It is recommended by SSSC for supervisors for re-registration purposes.
