Welcoming the World – Customer Relationship (12 ½ day course)

Course Overview

This bespoke programme is relaxed, fun and an interactive course as it is all mainly practical. This will give all staff the opportunity to learn the basic warm welcome in many languages, how to say thank you and basic help and assistance in the multicultural environment that Dobbies cover.

Staff will also learn about other cultures as this is a strong part of your workforce and customer’s lives. It influences their views, their values, their humour, their hopes, their loyalties, and their worries and fears. So when you are working with colleagues and customers building relationships with them, it helps to have some perspective and understanding of their cultures.
