Creating Brilliant Social Media Content
Smart Phone Photography & Video for Business

Get your social media right in terms of look, tone and audience engagement. We can upskill your staff, get you closer to your customers and develop usable skills in a fun way that can also improve staff morale.

91% of the population have a photo enabled smartphone and 90% admit to not knowing how to use it properly. Decision makers in business often don’t know their Snapchat from their Twitter. Companies are under skilled and under resourced in terms of creating and maintaining a realistic social media presence. This can often be a bought in resource and therefore not self-sustaining or organic in its content. We can develop your creative output and deliver skills that will boost your content creation.

These are designed as beginners courses, for those businesses or individuals who have little to no experience of creating content and/or using social media platforms to host their marketing material. The courses will give participants an introduction to;

Social Media Content Creation

Learning to tell a story about your product via photos/videos
Using stories and highlights to increase engagement
Accessing and understanding the insights functionality of your social media platform/s
Planning a social media calendar -
Connecting your Instagram and Facebook pages
Find inspiration and learn from similar business

Smartphone Photography

Photographic/video composition/framing/lighting techniques
Planning photographic and video shots
Creating good quality photos/videos that align to brand identity
Editing techniques for photos/video using free and/or subscription editing software
Introduction to using Canva and/or Adobe Express
Composing your photos/video as social media content using Canva and/or Adobe Express to create animated or still graphics that incorporate your photos/videos

There will be an emphasis on the Instagram Platform - but content can be shared to multiple social media platforms.
