Overview

How often have you seen someone promoted into their first managerial role because they were the best or most promising in the team of which he/she is now the manager? It doesn't always (or even often) work, does it? The unpalatable truth is…it's our fault! We've encouraged - or sometimes pushed - people into a whole new world of discomfort and left them to get on with it because they 'know the job'. They knew the job they did. This one is very different. This series of 1-day workshops will give them the tools and soft skills they need to succeed.
