Are you considering becoming a mentor? This 1-day course focuses on Mentoring as a relationship between two people with the goal of professional development. The "mentor" shares knowledge, experience and advice with a "mentee." Often used in the same breath as 'coaching', we'll look at what makes them different.

The values of professional mentoring to an organisation
Perceptions of mentoring from a mentor's role (negative and positive)
The role of mentoring in the development of the team, culture and behaviours
Recognising professional mentoring as a tool for sustainable excellence
Managing the professional mentoring relationship
