What will I learn?

This course is designed to enable the candidate to gain knowledge and skills for customer facing roles, developing your skills to provide an effective customer service and to deal with challenging situations. The course includes the following topics:

  • Customer service delivery
  • Understanding customers
  • Communication with customers
  • Handling customer information
  • Resolve problems and challenging customers
  • Develop customer relations

This is a marked course which requires short essay style answers to allow your assigned marker to be able to identify that you have understood the skills and knowledge to meet the awarding body standards. 

This course has online learning materials and assessments, you will be emailed with a login to access the course 

What qualifications do I need?

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however, as it is delivered online it would be beneficial if the candidate had basic competence in IT and the internet.

This course does not require a personal statement.

What can I do after?

This course provides progression to further Level 2/3 programmes.  It is also a good starting point for those individuals who are interested in entering a career in the customer service industry.

No of Weeks – 20

You could complete in 10 weeks or use the full 20 weeks- it's up to you.

Please be aware that you could be withdrawn from your course if submission dates are vastly overdue. If at any point you are struggling with deadlines you should contact us for an extension which we will assign where possible.

On successful completion and confirmation from the awarding body you will receive your qualification e-certificate online which you can print and/or save for your records. Please note a fee may be required if a hard copy certificate is requested.
