During the course you'll spend lots of time working as part of our college TV channel production team.

What qualifications do I need?

You'll need to have successfully completed HNC Creative Industries: Television (12 credits) as well as three additional relevant credits. For a place on the course you'll need to attend an interview, showing a genuine interest in the media and television.

What can I do after?

After successfully completing this course you'll have the skills needed to get an entry level role as a camera operator, sound recordist, editor or researcher. You could work in all areas of the media, including production companies and freelance crews.

Or you could develop your skills further by studying another course, such as:

  • A degree level course in television and broadcasting
