What will I learn?

This 18 week course covers all that is great about the art of Baking.

You will make, finish and decorate a variety of Breads, Pastries, Cakes, Sponges and much more.

What qualifications do I need?

Enthusiasm and a Passion for Baking

What can I do after?

SVQ Professional Cookery, SVQ Patisserie and Confectionery, HNC Professional Cookery with Patisserie.
