Learn to Make Petits Fours the Professional Way
What will I learn?
In this 3 hour class you will learn the tricks behind the making of petits fours as carried out by the pastry chef.
This class will teach you how to :
- Prepare pastry
- Create fruit pastilles
- Create Almond Sponge
- Create macaroons
- Make ganache
- Decorate petits fours
You will make:
- Mini shortbread
- Passion fruit and mango pastilles
- Almond and pear frangipane
- Chocolate macaroons
During the class everyone will work in pairs under the close supervision of a professional pastry chef lecturer and at the end of the class everyone will take away their recipes and petits fours to enjoy at home.
